Description

Starting off the new year as suggested! Whoop whoop. (Please don't kick my teeth in, 2017)

Boy has this guy been in the workshop for a while but the new year has finally given me the motivation to really flesh em out.

Btw a few shoutouts to people who helped with this guys creation, even though they probably didn't even know the were helping.
:iconpyrorptrs:For giving me a good idea of his powers a while ago, and kicking his creation off in the first place.
:iconuriirhay: For reminding me with her character Harley The Porcupine, that not all sonic characters have to be a freedom fighter or working with Eggman.

so ya thanks guys!

Now on with the Bio!
----------
Enrico is an arctic fox who joined G.U.N. at a rather young age. There it was discovered that his body gives off a very unique wavelength. To put it simply, he's a flesh and blood EMP generator. Any nonelectrical equipment that makes direct contact with his skin or fur, if not properly protected against something of this nature, will overload. And even those that ARE protected will stutter horribly.

The effective range of his powers, is not limited to physical contact alone. At any given moment his body gives of a disrupting field about 25 feet in all directions. Jamming communication signals completely (3 guesses how he got the codename "Scrambler"). To keep from Interfering with ally and civilian equipment, he wears a heavily insulated suit, that he only removes in pieces according to the situation. (usually in battle)

His ability isn't effective against organic beings but with the ever growing threat of the Eggman Empire and the ever increasing number of Egg Bosses, Enrico's ability has become a godsend for G.U.N. In fact his main mission focus is Boss Hunting. The apprehension or the elimination of Egg Bosses, who more often than not have hundreds of cybernetics running throughout their bodies.
-----------
Though hes loyal to G.U.N. hes sees the job as just that. A Job. the enthusiastic attitude he use to have about protecting and serving was ground down due to the constant pressure placed onto him as an Agent. This has pushed Enrico to be incredibly lazy at times. The ever growing distaste for his job makes it so that there is practically no moment while in uniform, that he isn't thinking about his soft and plush bed at home. Having no patience for strategy, he generally relies on his skill's and powers to see him through most of his battles. (this is not out of pride. it is simply because its the fastest way to get the job done and head home.)

Outside of work his personality does something close to a 180 turn. He's active, caring, and rarely ever complains about his lot in life. He also has a rather distinctive hobby of collecting and building model robots.
-----------
In my little head canon, Agents are G.U.N's answer to Eggmans Egg Bosses (or vise versa depending on who you want to say came first). They are highly skilled individuals who solo missions entire platoons would have trouble with. They usually Work alone on their missions but it is not uncommon for them to be in teams (i.e. Team Dark)

Recently The G.U.N. Higher ups have implemented a ranking system proposed by the Commander himself to introduce a sense of rivalry and betterment between Agents. The higher your rank the more respect and authority you command.

Generally Starting rank is judged based on combat ability. It is not at all easy to increase your rank, so usually the rank an Agent begins with is the rank they will have throughout most of his or her career.

Despite rarely going beyond what is necessary to complete his missions Enrico is an A rank Agent. The second to highest ranking possible under this system (S being the highest and E being the lowest. like most ranking in Sonic games)
